Agreement
By using datafluentix.com or datafluency.ai (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
The site describes the consulting services of DataFluentix LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. Any engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and in a conflict that agreement controls.
Not professional advice
The site’s content is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, security or other professional advice for your situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
Results
Figures and outcomes described on the site come from specific past roles and engagements of its principal, under specific conditions. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of results for anyone else.
Independence
DataFluentix LLC is an independent business. Views expressed on the site are its own, not those of any current or former employer or client of its principal. Company names appear only to identify where past work took place and do not imply endorsement.
Your use of the site
You may view the site and share links to it. Apart from ordinary indexing by search engines and similar services, you may not copy, scrape, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission, submit automated or bulk messages through the contact form, probe or interfere with the site or its hosting, or use it in any unlawful way.
The contact form
Anything you send is handled under the Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or proprietary information through the form; nothing you send before a signed non-disclosure agreement is received in confidence.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, the DataFluentix name and the DataFluentix logo belong to DataFluentix LLC. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
Links
The site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataFluentix LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and its total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. This section covers use of the site only; liability for consulting work is set out in the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state courts of Davidson County, Tennessee, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date.
